Very much like the Wedgwood Mantle Vase, this is marked + made by Shorter and Son, England  

A beautifully proportioned vintage English pedestal bowl in a soft, creamy white glaze, featuring elegant fluted detailing and gently curved side handles. Inspired by classical neoclassical forms, this piece reflects the refined yet understated design sensibility popular in mid-20th-century British interiors.
