OBJECT PHOTO REVIEW
An Estate Object Photo Review is designed to help you determine whether an item appears to warrant further research, a formal appraisal, or no additional action.
This is not a formal appraisal or valuation. Instead, it's a professional review based on photographs and information you provide.
The right service if you have inherited a few items, are helping a family member downsize, or simply found something you're curious about, it can be difficult to know what deserves a closer look.
ESTATE OBJECT ADVISORY
A non-selling, non-appraisal service that helps you understand the contents of a home, with a focus on antiques and collectibles. Through an on-site walkthrough and a clear written summary, we identify items that may require further review, outline suggested next steps, and help reduce overwhelm during estate settlement, downsizing, or transition.
Perfect for families or executors who need guidance before deciding what to retain, donate, sell, or consider for formal appraisal.
