RENTALS RULES
RENTER PROMISE
House of Proper promises to represent props accurately before delivery, disclose any blemishes or fault, and make available clean and fully functional props.
RENTEE PROMISE
The client agrees to handle all props with care respective of water, extreme temperatures. renter is responsible for all props at all times during rental.
DAMAGES/LOSS
Props will be inspected upon return to house of proper. damages will result in an invoice with repair fee. if can not be repaired, or any props are lost, the client agrees to reimburse House of Proper for the market value identified in the agreed upon and signed contract by client.
RENTAL EXTENSION
Extending the lease of an item is possible if the item is not reserved for another client and the owner agrees to allow the lease extension. the owner has the right to refuse a lease extension for any reason.
PAYMENT
Payment can be paid in full on day of signed contract, or a 50% portion of the total fee is required on the day of signed contract to secure items for agreed date.
Client may cancel within 7 days of contract date for a full refund. if cancellation occurs 8 days or later from contract date 25% is refundable only.
Cancellation 14 days or less before event date will result in no refund. remaining payment is due on day of delivery/pick-up, before unloading of props.
PAYMENT TYPE
Payable Invoice by Debit or Credit via Email, E-Transfers; Cash
LATE FEES
Props not returned/available for pick-up on date specified will be subject to late charges. at the discretion of house of proper.
